General time frame: 

 

Order form is submitted during the preorder time frame and closes at the end or if (big if... help a girl out) the dolls sell out. Which ever occurs first. 

 

Caster, receives the form and begins working on your lovely little sweeties — this could take anywhere from 4-8 months due to the complexity of the doll. 

 

Casting is finished, doll is shipped to me — Casting is done in China, shipping timeframe is unpredictable, please keep this in mind. 

 

I receive the doll and review both stringing method chosen & layaway payment completion — for fully paid dolls that are Garage kit, they will be shipped immediately. For dolls that are fully paid but strung up (base model) they will require additional tender loving care from me to string them. Stringing is very taxing on my hands and I work a full time schedule. This could add an additional month post receiving. For all Layaway dolls, regardless of stringing method, they will not be shipped until layaway is fully paid, ya girls got bills to pay.

Faceup:

 

Is me making dolls not enough for you bestie? D: Do you really want my sub-par painting skills to be what you look at when you see your girl? Think about this carefully… look at my faceup work… then look at other artists. I'm questioning your taste now at this point 🤨

 

But in all seriousness, as of right now, I don’t plan on offering faceups. They take me forever to do, I’m not a professional, and I do not have a steady hand. Plus… I have a small range of things I can paint so your girl would get something incredibly random… Please... spare me. Making dolls is stressful enough.

Payments: 

 

Done through PayPal. If paying family & friends (you’re a real one) then shipping WW is on me (you scratch my back, I scratch yours <3) 

 

If paying business, then total + plus calculated shipping + my eternal loathing. 

 

Following submitting the preorder form, I will contact you to discuss payments with the option you have chosen. I will either send you an invoice, or you can send full payment to my PayPal. Details can be worked out then. 

 

Layaway:

 

All layaway options still require a $200 non-refundable deposit. 

 

Here comes a bunch of statements for legal reasons, please read them carefully lol: 

 

Layaways are broken down on a 2, 4 & 6 month basis by default, but any plan can be worked on a case-by-case basis. Monthly payments are mandatory, and payments cannot be missed or skipped. If payments are missed, preorder slot may be lost. Monthly payments are YOUR responsibility, please take care to remember your payments or you may lose the doll. All payments are non-refundable. Monthly payments will be due by the end of each calendar month. Dolls will NOT ship until full payments have been made. By purchasing you acknowledge that all layaway payments & deposit are non-refundable.

But seriously though. All dolls are custom made and therefore not refundable. You can sell your preorder slot or forfeit the slot but no refund will be made. If you intend to sell the slot, please coordinate with me so I can update shipping information. For legal reasons (again): by purchasing this doll you acknowledge that refunds and returns are not possible.

 

Broken parts: 

 

If your baby girl somehow makes it to you with broken parts, please take a photo and send it to me within 48 hrs. I'll scream, I'll cry, and I'll fix your fucking angel <3 No one likes a broken dolly.... not literally anyways. In short... We can work together to get replacement parts.
